{I love a Waters Edge wedding} Amanda + Justin

Hello again,

Beach weddings are in full swing and I love a Waters Edge wedding!!! I would love to introduce Amanda and Justin. Mother Nature did not know what she wanted to do that day. I just kept saying to everyone, “We are taking beach shots and the sun is coming out & I don’t want to hear otherwise…” It’s always a party working at Waters Edge, plus we had the pleasure of working with one of the best cinematographers in the industry Mike Simons…working creatively with Mike was just the icing on the cake… I’m going to shut up now and share a message Amanda sent us about her day. Enjoy the photos.

~“From the moment that I first saw Justin on the beach that morning, I had an overwhelming sense of joy that came over me and lasted the entire day. The smile on his face and the look in his eyes as he turned around and saw me for the first time is something I will never forget. I had heard a lot of couples say they felt so rushed during their wedding day so we made a conscious effort to enjoy every moment of the day. I have to say, taking most of our pictures before the ceremony really helped with that. We visited with people during our cocktail hour, we ate (yes, we actually got to sit together and we enjoyed every delicious bit of food that was served!), we danced (a lot!), and we took in all of the little moments that made the day so special.

Our wedding day may have started with overcast skies but it certainly didn’t stay that way. We walked out of our ceremony to the beautiful melody of “Here Comes the Sun” by the Beatles…and sure enough, the sun came out right on cue for the afternoon reception! I was thrilled that we could go out and take some more pictures on the beach, since that was something I had dreamed of ever since I was a little girl. Chris and Suzanne, we cannot thank you enough for capturing the magic and beauty of our incredible wedding day! It truly was the happiest day of our lives – – – so far!”
